SIX STEP PROCESS
We offer Steel Solutions in the form of Design and Build Solutions, which includes Design, Drawings, Supply, Manufacturing, Delivery & Installation.
1. Enquiry from Client
On receiving the drawings from the client, our engineering team starts working on the possibility of CFS structure and prepares BOQ & BOM for the client.
2. Design & Engineering
Our in-house engineers and designers analyze and design the structure using a number of software like FrameCAD & Vertex BD.
3. Modelling
Upon completion of the design, our modeling team prepares the 3D model and sends it to the client along with shop drawings for approval.
4. Manufacturing & Supply
Once shop drawings are approved, wall frames, roof trusses & floor joists are manufactured by our state of class machine and ready for transporation.
5. Assembly & Installation
Skilled and experienced team of installers assembles and erects LGS on-site to meet client requirements.
6. Completion
The project is finally handed over to the client.
